Greystones had to deal with several bumps in the road (including my first buyer pulling out on the day of exchange.... ) but remained calm, resilient and patient throughout. Ashlee dealt with the bumpy sales process and I could not have been in better hands. He managed to strike the balance between being completely professional and also very human - showing empathy, ensuring stress levels were minimised and helping with any negotiations. Sam took over the sales process with the 2nd buyers and was equally as lovely. I would absolutely come back to Greystones when I'm ready to move again. They really do stand head and shoulders above most of the other agents in the area, demonstrating that taking time to be personable and interested in the human being(s) they are dealing with rather than just seeing dollar signs when someone wants to sell their property - is the key to success. Thank you.
